Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Account data you provide (name, work email, institution), usage data from hosted services (request counts, error rates), and technical data needed to keep the service available.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
- We do not train models on your private inputs unless you opt in in writing.
- This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Why we process it
To provide the services you requested, to meet legal obligations, and — where you have consented — to send research notes by email. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Retention
Account records are kept while your account is open and for twelve months afterwards. Service logs are kept for ninety days. Evaluation data shared under a research agreement is handled under that agreement.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We respond within thirty days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
6. International transfers
We process data in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union, and rely on standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the EEA and UK.
