Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to the xMAD.ai website, any hosted agent service, and any model weights we release. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Research use
Released weights are provided for research and evaluation. Where a model card states a licence, that licence governs the weights; these terms govern everything else.
3. Hosted services
Hosted agents run in a sandbox with documented resource limits. We may suspend an account that degrades the service for others, or that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. No warranty
Model outputs are probabilistic. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and you remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of an output.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the services is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months, or one hundred US dollars.
6. Changes
We will give thirty days' notice of material changes to these terms by email to registered accounts and by a notice on this page.
